Technical Administrator – London
Major engineering project management organisation has two urgent vacances for an experienced Technical Administrator to provide support to a large Health and Safety team on an extremely prestigious civil engineering project in London.
In order to apply it is essential that you have high levels of verbal and numerical ability and have an excellent interpersonal and telephone manner. You must be familiar with all MS Office packages and be familiar with using company intranets to upload and retrieve information.
You must have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role, providing support to senior management and team, which will include taking minutes of safety meetings, booking diaries and transport arrangements, and other administrative duties as required.
Outstanding communication and organisational skills are essential, as is a high standard of written English as you will be required to collate information, statistics and other relevant information and be able to organise these into presentations and reports that will be distributed around the business.
This is a high pressured role that will involve dealing with colleagues and external suppliers at all levels. You will ideally have experience of working in an engineering environment and have an assertive manner.
Preference will be given to candidates who hold the Nebosh General Certificare as a minimum, and have experience of offering site based safety support to teams of engineers.
